Our Founder, Gregory Osamede Owie AKA Fly Chef
My journey from humble roots to successful restaurateur was fueled by an unwavering passion, transparency in all aspects, and an obsession with exceeding customer expectations. Despite modest beginnings, my love for cuisine and hospitality drove me relentlessly. Openness and integrity built trust with patrons and staff. Above all, delivering extraordinary dining experiences through innovative menus, impeccable service, and a warm ambiance allowed me to transform a modest dream into a renowned culinary empire.
